To register and use the BSS77 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Be a legally competent individual capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• Not residing in a jurisdiction where online gambling is fully prohibited by local law.
• Register in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one BSS77 account only. Multiple account registrations — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or financial information — are strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended without warning. Any balance held in accounts that violate this policy will not be refunded.

BSS77 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Required documents may include a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), bank statement, or proof of current address. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction.

Withdrawal

The BSS77 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform available and functioning at all times, BSS77 does not guarantee that the service will be entirely uninterrupted at all times.

BSS77 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from technical disruptions beyond our control, including internet outages, user device failures, or natural disasters.
• Game outcomes resulting from a member's misreading or misunderstanding of the game rules.
• Any losses arising from unauthorized access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

BSS77's maximum liability to any member under any circumstance is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member within the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

BSS77 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications at least 7 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the BSS77 platform after a notice of terms change is considered your acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect.
